01 General Introduction

Belbet (bunobel.net) is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Belbet and its users. By registering an account or using the site, you are deemed to have fully accepted all of these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, in the event of any interpretive discrepancy, the English version shall be considered authoritative.

Belbet reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified via their registered email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account with Belbet, you must meet the requirements below. Belbet reserves the right to close any account registered in violation of these terms and conditions at any time.

• You must be 18 years of age or older. A national ID card or passport may be required for age verification.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be permanently closed.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Accounts may not be opened on behalf of or as a proxy for another person.
• Belbet reserves the right to reject any application.

KYC Verification Process

For security purposes, Belbet may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount, or at any time. This may include a national ID card, proof of address, and payment method details. Withdrawals will be on hold until verification is complete.

03 Account Security

You are primarily responsible for the security of your own account. Keep your password and login credentials private and never share them with anyone.

• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it immediately to support@belbet.net.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Belbet will never ask for your password via email or phone.
• It is strongly recommended to keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.
• Belbet will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access — unless a fault on our part is proven.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Belbet supports transactions via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used to deposit into the account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.
• Belbet reserves the right to recover any funds credited in error due to a technical fault.

05 Betting Rules

Belbet operates separate rules for Sports Betting, live betting, casino, and live dealer games. All bets must be placed in accordance with the applicable Terms & Conditions.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — this applies to in-play bets as well.
• Bets placed at odds affected by a technical error may be voided — in such cases, the stake will be returned in full.
• If an event is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.
• The maximum stake per bet is set according to the limits stated on the page and is subject to change.
• Belbet reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect or erroneous odds.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited and may result in account forfeiture.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Belbet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page. General bonus terms are outlined below.

• The welcome bonus is exclusively for new members — it applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of typically 30x to 40x must be met — specific bonus terms may vary.
• Claiming bonuses multiple times from the same person, household, device, or IP address is not permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Belbet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be forfeited.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Belbet. Any violation of these terms and conditions will result in immediate account closure, and all funds on deposit may be forfeited.

• Using the site for illegal or criminal purposes
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Using insider information or match-fixing related information
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
• Operating multiple accounts under false identities
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour towards Belbet staff

08 Limitation of Liability

Belbet strives to deliver the highest standard of service. However, there are limits to our liability under certain circumstances.

• Belbet is not responsible for lost bets due to internet disconnection, power outages, or device issues.
• Belbet will not be held fully liable for losses resulting from disruptions to third-party services (payment gateways).
• Limited liability applies in force majeure situations (natural disasters, server attacks, etc.).
• Belbet's total liability shall in no event exceed the value of the specific transaction in question.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law or for investigation purposes.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Belbet may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances.

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

If an account is closed at the user's request, any verified balance will be refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, bonus funds may be forfeited.

11 Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about a bet, payment, or any other matter, please follow Belbet's designated resolution process.

• First, submit your complaint via live chat or to support@belbet.net.
• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of receiving a complaint.
• For complex cases, we will endeavour to provide a resolution within 14 business days.
• If you are not satisfied with Belbet's decision, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant licensing authority.

12 Changes to Terms & Enforceability

Belbet reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified via their registered email or a site announcement before changes take effect.

• Continued use of the site after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, please stop using the site and submit a request to close your account.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Belbet and the user, superseding all prior oral or written understandings.
